Fuse Recruitment are partnering with a busy logistics and packaging warehouse in Moorebank who are seeking experienced Forklift Operators with Aisle Master or Bendi operating experience to work in their warehouse facility.
These roles are initially 8-week assignments with possibilities of extensions and are ideal for candidates who enjoy a hands-on position in a large fast paced warehouse environment with stable weekday hours, great rates of pay and with a long-term opportunities available for proven performers.

The Client:
A major industrial facility in Moorebank focused on producing cardboard packaging and paper-based products. It converts recycled and raw materials into corrugated boxes used across retail, agriculture, and logistics. The site operates large-scale machinery, warehousing, and distribution systems, supporting supply chains with high-volume output.
About the Role
Your role will consist of both Counterbalance and High reach forklift duties. Operating Aisle Master and Bendi forklifts to navigate narrow aisles, as well as Manual handling, pick packing and receiving and despatch duties. In this role you will spend 50% of your day on the forklift and 50% of your day off of the forklift.
Key Responsibilities
Counter Balance Forklift:
- Loading and unloading trucks, Rigids, B-Doubles and Semi Trailers
- Receiving and despatch duties
- Loading and unloading containers
High Reach Forklift:
- Operating both High Reach and Aisle Master forklifts
- Navigating narrow Aisles for;
- Replenishment, picking and putaways up to 6 racks high
Manual Handling:
- RF Scanning
- Shrink wrapping pallets
- Receiving and despatch work
- Unpacking, moving, and replenishing stock
- Palletising stock
- General warehouse duties to support daily operations
What You’ll Need
To be successful in this role you will have:
Qualifications & Experience:
- Valid LF forklift license
Skills & Attributes:
- Current forklift licence with counterbalance experience
- Experience loading and unloading trucks, B-doubles and semi-trailers
- High Reach experience up to 6 racks high
- Aisle Master forklift operating experience
- Replenishment, picking and put away experience
- RF Scanning experience
- Experience transporting goods to pick face, racking and staging locations
- Previous warehouse experience in a logistics environment
- Willingness to complete manual handling duties
- Strong safety mindset
- Able to manage both physical and administrative tasks
- Reliable, organised and safety-focused
- Good communication skills and ability to work in a small team
