Are you a people person who loves being organised, hitting targets, and making things happen? Farron Research Group is a specialist market research recruitment company, and we’re looking for a motivated Recruitment Co-ordinator to join our friendly team in Thornleigh.
In this role you’ll be the engine behind our research projects — connecting with everyday Australians to take part in market research sessions, keeping everything running smoothly, and making sure our project managers are always in the loop.
What you’ll be doing
- Phoning and SMSing panel members to invite them to take part in research sessions
- Reviewing survey responses to assess participant suitability for each project
- Screening and confirming bookings with participants, then sending them all the info they need
- Keeping your project scheduling and booking records accurate and up to date in our internal system (JOT)
- Giving project managers regular daily updates so everyone stays on the same page
- Answering incoming calls and directing them to the right team member
- Handling emails and general admin to keep the team running efficiently
What we’re looking for
- Great communication skills — you’re confident on the phone and clear in writing
- Strong organisation and attention to detail — you stay on top of multiple tasks without dropping the ball
- Ability to work at pace and meet tight deadlines in a busy environment
- Solid computer skills and comfort learning new systems
- A reliable, proactive attitude — you don’t wait to be told twice
