The Program and Delivery Manager is responsible for leading the end-to-end delivery of large-scale IT Infrastructure, Data Ceneters & Migration and Cloud transformation programs. This role ensures successful planning, execution, governance, and benefits realization of complex initiatives while maintaining alignment with organizational strategy, security standards, and financial objectives.
- Lead and oversee the full delivery lifecycle of IT Infrastructure and Cloud programs, including data center migrations, network modernization, digital workplace solutions, and cloud adoption & migration initiatives.
- Ensure successful transition from project execution to operational handover, delivering measurable business outcomes.
Define and manage program and project scope, objectives, timelines, budgets, dependencies, and resource allocation.
Establish and maintain delivery governance frameworks, reporting structures, and program controls.
Collaborate with executives, internal IT teams, business stakeholders, cloud service providers, and delivery partners to define requirements, manage dependencies, and align outcomes with enterprise IT and business goals.
Act as the primary escalation point for delivery risks, issues, and decisions.
Apply deep knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) to guide architecture decisions, cloud migration strategies, and optimization initiatives.
Ensure integration across infrastructure, workplace, and cloud platforms.
Ensure all programs and projects comply with cybersecurity, regulatory, and organizational compliance standards.Embed security-by-design principles into delivery planning and execution.
Proactively identify, assess, and mitigate risks across complex technology programs.
Lead cross-functional delivery teams including infrastructure engineers, cloud architects, workplace specialists, vendors, and partners.
Track and report program and project performance against milestones, benefits, and KPIs.
Manage program and project budgets, ensuring accurate forecasting, cost optimization, and financial control.
Drive continuous improvement in delivery frameworks, project methodologies, and operational practices.
