As an experienced Venue Manager, I dont have to tell you about service, the importance of current cuisine or the wine list - you are already an expert across these areas. However we do want to know some things about you!

This is a senior role and one that holds long term opportunity for the right person. Remuneration will be appropriate to the role and like any contract at this level will be negotiated.
