We are the team behind Oribu, an AGFG Chef-Hatted Japanese restaurant in the heart of Parramatta, and part of The Heritage Precinct — a landmark three-venue destination housed in a Circa 1928 former Bank of New South Wales building. Alongside Oribu, the precinct is home to Heritage Lounge (cocktail lounge, rare spirits, wine and sake) and Le Cheval (premium Cuban cigar lounge).
THE ROLE We're looking for enthusiastic floor staff to join our team immediately across food runner and host positions. Flexible arrangements are available — casual, part-time, and full-time all considered. WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Deliver food and beverages to guests promptly and with care
- Welcome and seat guests, managing the floor with warmth and confidence
- Take orders accurately, guiding guests through our menus
- Provide warm, professional service to every guest without exception
- Work seamlessly with kitchen and bar teams to maintain floor flow
- Uphold the presentation and standards of a Chef-Hatted venue at all times
ABOUT YOU
- Previous experience in a hospitality or restaurant environment preferred
- Friendly, professional, and genuinely guest-focused
- Well-presented with a positive, team-first attitude
- Reliable and able to work evenings and weekends
- Current RSA certification (or willingness to obtain)
