The Role
As a Senior Systems Analyst (P3), you act as the domain subject matter expert within a defined software development program, supporting multiple Scrum teams. You translate complex business and technical needs into clear, testable requirements and enable delivery of compliant, high-quality medical device software solutions.
You operate with a high level of autonomy, influencing stakeholders across R&D, Product Management, and Engineering within established frameworks.
In this role, you will have the opportunity to:

Provide domain-level expertise to define, shape and align system requirements with product strategy, regulatory expectations, and customer needs.

Lead end-to-end requirements elicitation, analysis, modelling, and documentation to enable effective design, development, and verification.

Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to ensure shared understanding, prioritisation, and successful delivery of program outcomes.

Requirements Management

Elicit, analyse, prioritise, and document system and product requirements

Develop high-quality artefacts (e.g., user stories, use cases, models, specifications) to support development and validation

Stakeholder Collaboration and systems analysis & modelling
-
Backlog & Delivery Enablement
-
Partner with Product Owners to structure, refine, and maintain the program backlog
-
Support Scrum teams to ensure clarity of requirements and readiness for delivery
The essential requirements of the job include:
- Demonstrated experience in software product development with strong systems or business analysis capability
-
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to manage complexity and ambiguity
-
Proven ability to engage, influence and communicate across technical and business stakeholders
-
Experience facilitating requirements workshops and stakeholder alignment sessions
-
Working knowledge of modelling techniques (e.g., UML, BPMN, use cases, data and state models)
-
Tertiary qualification in Software Engineering, Systems Engineering, Computer Science or related field
It would be a plus if you also possess previous experience in:

Experience with ALM / Quality Centre or similar tools

Certification in Business Analysis (e.g., CBAP, IIBA-AAC)

Knowledge of software development in regulated environments (e.g., IEC standards)

Exposure to product security principles
