Warehouse & Operations All-Rounder
12 RDOs a year | No weekends | Christmas shutdown
Are you reliable, switched on and looking for a role where your effort will genuinely be noticed?
Hoppers Asia Pacific Solutions is looking for a motivated Warehouse and Operations All-Rounder to join our small, supportive team.
This is a hands-on, warehouse-based role with plenty of variety. You will be involved in receiving stock, picking and packing orders, completing paperwork, assisting customers and helping with the day-to-day operation of the business.
We can teach you our products and processes. What we need from you is a strong work ethic, excellent attention to detail and a genuine willingness to learn.
What makes this a great role?
- One rostered day off every month—12 RDOs each year
- No weekend work
- Christmas shutdown
- Forklift licence training provided
- Uniform supplied
- On-site parking
- Team lunches
- Full product and systems training
- A varied role with the opportunity to learn different areas of the business
- A stable position with an established Australian business
- A small team where everyone is known, supported and valued
- More independence and responsibility as your knowledge grows
What will you be doing?
Your responsibilities will include:
- Receiving, checking and putting away incoming stock
- Picking, checking and packing customer orders
- Ensuring orders are accurate before dispatch
- Completing handwritten and electronic paperwork accurately
- Assisting with stock counts and general stock control
- Keeping the warehouse clean, safe and organised
- Assisting customers in person and over the phone
- Learning our product range and internal systems
- Helping in other areas when needed to keep the business running smoothly
What are we looking for?
We are looking for someone who is:
- Reliable, punctual and ready to work
- Accurate and highly attentive to detail
- Able to write neatly and legibly
- Quick and efficient without compromising accuracy
- Physically capable of safely performing warehouse duties
- Friendly, professional and customer-focused
- A genuine team player
- Motivated to learn new products, systems and skills
- Willing to listen, follow instructions and accept feedback
- Comfortable taking responsibility for their work
- Willing to help wherever needed
- Able to stay focused throughout the working day
You must also be comfortable working in a workplace where personal mobile phones are kept away and are not used during working time.
Previous warehouse experience may be helpful, but it is not as important as reliability, accuracy and the right attitude. A forklift licence is not essential—we are happy to provide training for the right person.
This position will suit someone who takes pride in doing a job properly, notices the small details and understands that every correctly packed order matters to the customer.
Shortlisted applicants will be required to complete a pre-employment drug and alcohol screen and demonstrate that they can safely perform the physical requirements of the position.
Ready to join us?
If you are dependable, energetic and looking for a varied role where you can become a genuinely valued member of the team, we would like to hear from you.
Please apply with your résumé and a brief introduction explaining why you would be a good fit for this position.
Pay: $53,000.00 – $70,000.00 per year
