We are seeking a passionate and commercially driven Sales Manager to take ownership of our New South Wales and ACT markets.
This is a unique opportunity to represent a world-class portfolio, combining iconic Australian producers with leading Californian estates. You will play a key role in shaping our presence in the market, working closely with local distributors, trade partners, and our global sales teams.
The initial focus will be strengthening our footprint across NSW and ACT, with future potential to expand into additional states.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive sales growth and deliver against revenue targets
- Develop and execute territory strategies to increase market share
- Build and maintain strong relationships across premium on and off premise accounts
- Lead and support distributor partners to deliver results in market
- Identify new distribution and business opportunities
- Represent the portfolio through tastings, events, and trade engagement
- Collaborate with international teams on brand and sales initiatives
You need to be an experienced wine professional with strong commercial acumen and a genuine passion for the industry, bringing the follow;
- A proven track record in premium wine sales
- Deep knowledge of global wine regions, particularly Rhône varietals
- Established industry relationships within NSW/ACT
- A proactive, self-driven approach with strong organisational skills
- The ability to influence, motivate and inspire partners
- A willingness to travel regularly
Qualifications
- WSET Level 3, CMS Advanced or equivalent (preferred)
- Wine business or related experience
- RSA certification
