As we continue to grow, an exciting opportunity has become available for a motivated and self-driven Occupational Therapist to join our team. This role plays a critical part in building meaningful relationships and delivering exceptional customer service to prospective and existing Aged Care and NDIS participants.
What your day-to-day will look like
Working with Aged Care and NDIS participants with diverse physical, psychosocial, and developmental needs, you will:
Empower Daily Living: Conduct comprehensive assessments of functional abilities, cognition, and home environments to help clients live life to the fullest.
Design Real Solutions: Recommend and prescribe assistive technologies and home modifications that make a lasting difference.
Deliver Personalised Care: Create individualised intervention plans that support skill development, sensory processing, and mental health.
Collaborate & Share the Load: Work alongside a warm, expanding team of Physios, Nurses, and Support Staff where your expertise is genuinely valued.
Maintain Excellence: Keep accurate, compliant clinical documentation to ensure the highest standard of safe and effective care.
What you’ll bring to the team
You are compassionate, analytical, and love seeing your clients reach their independence goals. On paper, you’ll have:
A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Occupational Therapy.
Current AHPRA registration.
Valid Driver’s Licence (for community-based visits).
Current First Aid and CPR certifications.
Strong communication skills and the ability to break down complex physical or cognitive situations into practical, tailored interventions.
