FinXL IT is seeking a Delivery Manager to join our consulting team and be deployed with a leading telecommunications client on a key transformation engagement.
Responsibilities
Coordinate all aspects of a nationwide kiosk store rollout across property, IT, and managed services.
Align cross-functional project streams including legal, data, commercial, and engineering teams.
Manage external vendor performance and deliveries, including builders and network partners like Cisco.
Drive the end-to-end execution of retail space installations and backend service integrations.
Maintain comprehensive project tracking and provide regular status updates to senior leadership.
Report directly into the Senior Delivery Director to ensure strategic alignment and velocity.
Navigate a large corporate matrix environment to remove blockers and drive delivery outcomes.
Key Skills & Experience
Proven track record as a Delivery Manager within enterprise environments, ideally in the telecommunications industry.
Extensive experience delivering technology and infrastructure projects within the retail sector.
Strong technical delivery background spanning backend services, networks, and hardware rollouts.
Exceptional stakeholder management skills, comfortable collaborating with C-level executives.
Robust financial management experience, including project costing, GRM, and forecasting.
Highly organised and well-rounded communicator capable of managing multiple concurrent teams.
Ability to start immediately or on short notice in a fast-paced, high-profile program.
