We're looking for an IT Business Partner - Finance who thrives in a collaborative environment and is passionate about driving continuous improvement across financial systems and processes.
Key Responsibilities of this role:
- Lead initiatives to improve core finance system functionality aligned with finance business needs, including Technology1 and Epicor
- Collaborate with finance stakeholders to identify system gaps and recommend enhancements
- Support finance system upgrades, testing, and implementation of new modules or features
- Develop and maintain financial dashboards and reports using tools such as Technology1 XLOne and business analytics
- Collaborate with key business stakeholders to ensure data integrity and consistency across financial reports
- Analyse current finance workflows and identify opportunities for automation and efficiency
- Document and redesign finance processes to align with best practices and compliance requirements
About You…
- 3+ years of experience in a finance or business analyst role, preferrable with ERP environments
- Tertiary degree in the field of Finance, Accounting, Business, Information Systems, or equivalent work experience managing enterprise ERP finance systems
- Strong knowledge of Technology1 ERP solution, focusing on finance, supply chain and budgeting.
- Strong knowledge of Technology1 ERP solution data management and reporting functions including ETL, XLOne and Business Analytics
- Strong knowledge of financial processes (AP, AR, GL, budgeting and forecasting)
- Experience in analysis of complex software and process issues
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving and communication skills
- Knowledge of trends in technology relating to business applications.
While not essential, relevant experience in the Aged Care and/or Retirement Living and/or Not for Profit sector would be favourable.
