JRM Resources is a proudly Western Australian owned company delivering mining, civil and maintenance services across the state.
We're looking for an experienced Field Services Maintenance Supervisor to lead our field maintenance team and ensure our mobile plant fleet remains safe, reliable and available to support operational demands across multiple sites.
Reporting to the Maintenance Superintendent, this is a hands-on leadership role responsible for coordinating field maintenance activities, leading technicians and driving equipment reliability to minimise downtime and maximise fleet performance.
Working closely with the Workshop Supervisor, Site Supervisors, Project Managers and Operations teams, you will:

Lead and mentor Field Service Technicians and maintenance personnel.
- Coordinate preventative maintenance and breakdown response across multiple sites.
- Prioritise work to minimise equipment downtime and maximise fleet availability.
- Provide technical support and fault-finding expertise in the field.
- Develop maintenance schedules with Operations.
- Monitor parts requirements and coordinate with the Stores team.
- Ensure maintenance records and compliance documentation are completed accurately.
- Promote continuous improvement, equipment reliability and safe work practices.
- Maintain strong relationships with site teams and clients.
- Conduct field inspections and provide technical support for complex repairs and fault finding.
- Promote proactive maintenance strategies that improve equipment reliability and reduce unplanned failures.
- Review maintenance history and identify recurring equipment issues, implementing long-term corrective actions.
- Ensure maintenance documentation, service records and compliance requirements are accurately maintained.
- Monitor parts requirements and liaise with the Parts Department to ensure critical components are available.
- Oversee contractor performance and ensure maintenance work meets JRM quality standards.
You will have:

Heavy Diesel Mechanical Trade Qualification.
- Current WA C Class Driver's Licence.
- Section 26 Statutory Supervisor qualification (or willingness to obtain).
- Extensive experience maintaining heavy mobile plant within mining, civil or construction.
- Proven experience leading maintenance or field service teams.
- Strong knowledge of preventative maintenance and equipment reliability.
- Excellent planning, organisational and communication skills.
- Sound computer skills, including Microsoft Office.
