Marci Lou's Burger Co. | Full-Time Shift Manager
We're looking for a Shift Manager to join our leadership team.
This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys leading people. You'll be responsible for running shifts, supporting the team, and ensuring every customer receives an outstanding experience.
As a Shift Manager, you'll lead by example, keep operations running smoothly, and help maintain the high standards that Marci Lou's Burger Co. is known for.
Your responsibilities
- Lead and manage shifts from start to finish
- Supervise, support and motivate the team throughout each shift
- Train and onboard new team members
- Maintain high standards of food quality, cleanliness and customer service
- Handle customer enquiries and resolve complaints professionally
- Count cash floats, set up tills and complete end-of-day cash procedures
- Assist with stock control and notify management of stock requirements
- Complete opening and closing procedures
- Monitor labour, productivity and shift performance
- Ensure company systems, procedures and food safety standards are followed
- Help create a positive, accountable and high-performing team culture
We're looking for someone who
- Has previous hospitality leadership experience (preferred but not essential)
- Leads by example and isn't afraid to jump in wherever needed
- Is reliable, punctual and highly organised
- Communicates confidently with both staff and customers
- Stays calm under pressure in a busy environment
- Takes ownership, solves problems and makes good decisions
- Has strong attention to detail
- Wants to grow their career in hospitality leadership

Pay: $27.81 – $29.45 per hour
