Bookkeeper
The position involves handling a range of responsibilities, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, bank reconciliations, intercompany transactions, BAS preparation, and monthly reporting. Expertise in Excel and the utilization of vending machine software are essential skills for success in this role.
Job Responsibilities:
- Processing of source documents and coding
- Managing Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable processes
- Conducting Bank Reconciliations and end of month reconciliations
- Invoicing
- Handling Intercompany Transactions
- Preparation of BAS (Business Activity Statements)
- Generating Monthly Reports
- Ad hoc client based administration
- Demonstrating expertise in Excel for data analysis and reporting
- Utilizing vending machine software for efficient operations
Skills and Experience Required:
- Proven experience in bookkeeping roles
- Proficiency in Xero accounting software
- Strong analytical skills and expertise in Excel
- High degree of accuracy and attention to detail
- Ability to handle intercompany transactions and BAS preparation
- Familiarity with vending machine software is advantageous
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills
- Full driver's license is preferred

Marketing Specialist
Job Responsibilities:
- Drive sales revenue and profitability
- Conduct cold calls and follow-ups (8–15 daily) to expand our customer base
- Perform site inspections and maintain customer relationship records
- Execute Trade Marketing programs to support vending machine growth
- Analyse sales data and customer trends to identify new opportunities
- Collaborate on planogram development, machine reviews and product optimization
- Ensure machine servicing and refills are handled where needed
- Prepare weekly reports, maintain a renewals calendar, and oversee contracts
- Liaise with clients to tailor vending plans that fit their business needs
- Support brand consistency by overseeing marketing activities and ensuring they uphold NT’s values and messaging.
- Use forecasting and historical data to recommend strategic product and placement decisions
- Create and publish promotional content for trade or digital channels
Skills and Experience Required:
- Experience in campaign planning and consumer promotion
- Ability to commission and interpret market data for strategic planning
- Skilled at building client relationships and delivering value propositions
- Proficient in Excel, digital platforms, and performance tracking tools
- NT Driver’s License and reliable vehicle for site visits
- Able to apply for restricted site access (e.g. secure facilities)
- Self-driven and efficient with strong organizational discipline
- Marketing experience 1 year

Forklift Driver
Job Responsibilities:
- Loading and unloading vending machines and stocks from delivery vehicles
- Checking condition of materials during loading, unloading and handling operations
- Placing and stacking vending machines and stocks to designated areas
- Operating the forklifts to move stocks to pallets for storage
- Completing and updating documentation relating to goods in storage and in transit
- Identifying wear and damage on forklift by carrying out regular inspections
- Performing minor maintenance operations on forklift
Skills and Experience Required:
- At least two-year work experience as a Forklift Driver in the industry
- Excellent communications skills (both written & verbal)
- A good understanding of hospitality and wholesale industry
- Ability to perform under pressure and meet critical deadlines
- Knowledge of relevant Work Health and Safety legislation
