About the Role
- Lead and inspire a high-energy team to deliver fast, friendly, and memorable guest experiences
- Drive sales growth by building strong relationships with regular patrons and fostering local community engagement
- Support venue marketing and promotional activity to build brand awareness and drive traffic
- Oversee daily operations including team culture, service standards, and financial performance while championing a positive workplace culture
Qualifications & Experience
- Experience supporting local marketing initiatives and promotional activity to drive sales and guest engagement
- Previous experience in a Restaurant Manager or similar hospitality leadership role
- Current RSA certification and strong operational leadership skills
- Passion for hospitality, community engagement, and guest experience
This is a full-time position suited to candidates with at least two years’ experience in a similar role.
