The successful candidate will work alongside a team of experienced practitioners. We provide the opportunity to immerse yourself in sessions with the whole Pillar Health team. We meet monthly as a team.

Quarterly alignment meeting
Our team is our focus. On a quarterly basis each team member meets formally with the director to establish individual goals surrounding your wellbeing, career progression and alignment with Pillar Health core values. You will develop a plan and action steps required to advance towards your goals and you are supported to reach your goals through fortnightly informal ‘catch ups’ between each alignment meeting.
Informal mentoring
There is so much learning that happens informally. We collaborate and lean on each other for support between formal PD sessions. There is so much to be said about ‘hallway conversations’.
