We are currently seeking applications for a motivated and enthusiastic Electrical Engineering Graduate / Professional to join our office team in Yatala. We are on the hunt for an exuberant, tech-savvy Graduate Electrical Engineer / Professional person to join our team. We love a bubbly personality, but we are also prepared to do whatever it takes to get the job done and achieve our goals.
The successful candidate will be locally based, mature, experienced and available to work full-time on a permanent basis.
Key Responsibilities / Desired Attributes
· Reliable, punctual with availability to start ASAP.
· Attention to detail & quality of work.
· Organisational skills to assist with file management and keeping track of any missing or pending files for all new employees.
· Ability to use Microsoft Excel, Outlook & Word a must.
· Management of candidate application statuses and ability to ensure all required documentation & required assessments are completed correctly and in a timely manner.
· Maintenance of professional candidate care and confidentiality.
· Support the Operations Manager on additional project initiatives as required.
· Possess general knowledge about specific activity tools, and be able to use them safely.
· Project Management: scheduling, inventory management, negotiating with clients/suppliers, etc.
· Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications and Experience
· Desired: Any education relating to Project Management, Business Management or Engineering.
· Experience working unsupervised and with minimal instruction.
· Excellent written and verbal Communication skills
· Fluent in speaking English
· Good understanding of recruiting process
· Experience with MS Office
· Initiative and Resourcefulness
· Administrative and Organisational skills & experience
· Must have an open driver licence
