Great leaders don't just manage a centre — they shape its culture.
At Scribbles & Giggles, we are proud of the team and culture we have built. We are a nurturing, compassionate, inclusive and diverse early childhood organisation where children’s wellbeing, healthy nutrition, physical activity, learning and development are genuinely at the heart of what we do.
We are looking for an experienced Assistant Manager / Responsible Person who is ready to take the next step in their leadership career and has the ambition to grow into a Centre Manager.

This role is about your future
We are particularly interested in someone who doesn't see the Assistant Manager position as the end goal.
We want to invest in someone who wants to become a Centre Manager.
You will work closely with experienced leadership and gain exposure to the broader areas of centre management, including people leadership, compliance, quality improvement, operations, family relationships, administration and strategic planning.
If you are currently a strong Room Leader ready to move into management, or an existing 2IC/Assistant Manager looking for the right environment to take the next step, this could be the opportunity you've been waiting for.
