We're looking for a creative and organised Junior Photographer & eCommerce Booth Operator to join our Photography team at The Accent Group! Reporting to the Photography Team Lead, you'll play an important role in delivering high-quality product imagery across Accent Group's portfolio of leading brands while supporting the day-to-day operations of our photography studio.
This is a hands-on role that combines photography, studio operations and stock coordination, ensuring products move efficiently through the photography workflow and are captured to the highest standard. You'll work closely with our Photography, Buying and Digital teams to help deliver engaging content that supports our online customer experience.
What You'll Do
- Capture high-quality eCommerce product imagery that meets brand and studio standards.
- Prepare, style and photograph footwear and accessories for digital platforms.
- Operate and maintain photography equipment and eCommerce booths.
- Manage the movement of stock through the studio, ensuring products are received, tracked and returned efficiently.
- Prepare products for photography, ensuring they are clean, correctly styled and presentation-ready.
- Assist with studio set-up, lighting adjustments and equipment maintenance.
- Complete basic image selection and quality checks to ensure consistency across all content.
- Work collaboratively with Photography, Buying and eCommerce teams to meet production deadlines.
- Maintain an organised, safe and efficient studio environment.
- Support the wider Photography team with ad hoc studio and content projects as required.

- Comfortable working both independently and as part of a collaborative team.
- A strong communicator with a positive, can-do attitude.
- Eager to learn, develop new skills and build a career within a creative studio environment.
What You'll Bring
- A qualification in Photography or a related creative field (or equivalent practical experience).
- An understanding of studio photography, lighting and camera equipment.
- Experience using Adobe Photoshop or similar image editing software.
- Strong organisational and time management skills.
- Confidence handling products and maintaining a high level of accuracy.
- Previous experience in a photography studio, eCommerce environment or retail photography is advantageous but not essential.
