About the Role |
You’ll be responsible for delivering consistently excellent coffee and customer experiences every shift.
- Prepare and serve high-quality barista made beverages
- Create outstanding, friendly customer interactions
- Take orders and operate the POS/register
- Maintain a clean, organised, and welcoming café environment
- Operate, maintain, and care for espresso machines and equipment
- Follow food safety, hygiene, and workplace safety standards
- Work collaboratively in a fast-paced, high-volume service setting
About You |
- 2+ years’ barista experience in a café environment
- Passion for coffee and continuous learning
- Calm and efficient under pressure
- Friendly, positive, and genuinely customer-focused
- High attention to detail and presentation
- Reliable with availability, including weekends and public holidays
Pay: $30.00 – $40.00 per hour
