About the Role:
Betawatt Solar is solar providing company based in Minto, NSW. We are seeking a talented and motivated Marketing Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing, implementing and evaluating marketing strategies and advertising campaigns. Aim to strengthen our brand presence, drive customer engagement and support business growth. You will work closely with management to deliver integrated marketing initiatives across both traditional and digital channels.
Key Responsibilities:
As a Marketing Specialist, your responsibilities will include:
- Planning, developing and organizing advertising policies and campaigns to support sales and business objectives.
- Advising management on advertising strategies and marketing campaigns to effectively reach target markets, increase brand awareness and promote the company's products and services.
- Collecting, analysing and interpreting market data, customer insights and statistical information to support strategic business decisions.
- Supporting business growth through the development and implementation of marketing objectives, policies and programs.
- Conducting and commissioning market research to identify opportunities for new products, services and market expansion.
- Advising on marketing strategies including product positioning, pricing, advertising, promotions, sales strategies and distribution channels.
- Applying analytical and statistical modelling techniques to evaluate pricing strategies and their impact on business profitability.
- Monitoring marketing campaign performance.
- Analysing digital marketing data, website traffic and campaign performance using relevant analytics tools.
Skills and Experience
The successful applicant will demonstrate:
- Experience developing and implementing marketing or business development strategies.
- Strong analytical skills with experience interpreting performance reports, KPIs and business data.
- Experience preparing reports and presenting recommendations to senior management.
- Strong project coordination and organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Experience coordinating cross-functional teams to deliver business objectives.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Demonstrated ability to analyse customer behaviour and identify opportunities to improve sales performance.
- Experience using digital marketing platforms, social media management tools and website content management systems.
- Knowledge of SEO, digital analytics and content marketing principles.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work within deadlines.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or higher qualification in Marketing, Business, Communications, Advertising or a related discipline.
- Relevant professional experience in a marketing role is highly desirable.

Salary: $80,000 - $85,000 plus superannuation
