About the Role
As Maintenance Supervisor, you'll oversee the delivery of planned and reactive maintenance across a range of sites. You'll lead maintenance staff and contractors, coordinate projects, provide technical guidance, and ensure facilities remain safe, compliant and operating efficiently.
You'll also play an important role in managing fire and safety systems, supporting emergency preparedness, and maintaining high standards across buildings, equipment and infrastructure.
What You'll Bring
You'll be a practical and proactive leader with experience supervising maintenance teams in a complex facilities environment. Ideally, you'll have:
- Relevant trade qualifications and extensive maintenance experience.
- Experience supervising staff, contractors and maintenance projects.
- Strong knowledge of building services, plant and equipment.
- Excellent organisational and problem-solving skills.
- A commitment to workplace safety, compliance and quality outcomes.
- The ability to prioritise competing workloads across multiple sites.
