About the client:

Due to growth and increasing customer demand, out client is looking for a Halal Slaughterman to work in South Windsor processing Factory.
To be considered for the role, it is essential that you must:
- Be a practicing Muslim

Be physically fit, committed, reliable, and punctual.

Must be able to obtain a letter from a mosque verifying that you are a practicing Muslim.

Be able to adhere to the Good Manufacturing Principals (GMP) and to Animal Welfare Guidelines
Duties include, but are not limited to:
- Handling live birds - unloading and reloading of birds from trucks.

Removal of feathers from birds, dewaxing, final checks of birds
-
Factory cleaning throughout shifts (cleaning and maintenance of wax system, washing and cleaning of trucks)

Work on rotation within the processing factory i.e., empty crates - loading and unloading crates from pallets to hangers, hanging birds onto conveyor, unload clean crates and reload onto pallet.

Any other reasonable tasks as directed by your Coordinator or Management

Monday-Friday, 4:15am-12:30pm

Temp-to-perm for the right candidate

No prior experience is required, provided you are willing to undergo training and meet all the above requirements.
