New Line Fencing & Maintenance is a Sydney-based company specialising in construction, renovation, and restoration of residential and heritage properties.
We are currently seeking a skilled and reliable carpenter to join our team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Read and interpret construction drawings, plans and project specifications.
- Carry out general carpentry work on residential and commercial projects.
- Install structures, fixtures, and fittings according to specifications.
- Read and interpret construction drawings and plans.
- Construct and install decking, fencing, pergolas, timber structures and retaining walls.
- Undertake renovation, restoration and heritage carpentry works.
- Safely operate hand and power tools and construction equipment.
- Liaise with clients, supervisors and other trades to coordinate works.
- Identify and resolve on-site construction issues.
- Complete projects efficiently, within agreed timeframes and budgets.
- Maintain high-quality workmanship
- Comply with workplace health and safety requirements.
Requirements:
* Minimum 3 years of relevant carpentry experience
* Ability to read and interpret plans and drawings
* Strong attention to detail and workmanship
* White Card (mandatory)
* Valid driver's licence (preferred)

Salary: $80,000 - $85,000 + superannuation
