We're excited to be opening a brand-new Pacific Smiles Dental centre in Rouse Hill this October, and we're looking for enthusiastic Dental Assistants to join our founding team.
Whether you're looking for full-time stability or the flexibility of casual work , this is a fantastic opportunity to help shape a new, modern dental centre alongside a supportive and experienced team.
To set you up for success, you'll complete a structured paid training program before the centre opens at one of our nearby established centres. You'll be supported by an experienced training team and work alongside our NSW Clinical Lead Dentist , ensuring you feel confident, connected and ready from day one.

As a Dental Assistant, you'll work closely with our Dentists to deliver outstanding patient care while supporting the smooth day-to-day operation of the practice. You'll have the opportunity to build your skills across chairside assisting, sterilisation and reception, all within a collaborative team environment.
Chairside assistance across a wide range of dental procedures
Preparing treatment rooms and maintaining exceptional infection control standards
Sterilising instruments and managing clinical stock
Supporting patients throughout their visit to create a positive experience
Assisting with reception duties and appointment management when required
Working collaboratively to help establish a positive, high-performing team culture from opening day
You'll be someone who enjoys working in a team, thrives in a fast-paced environment and is excited by the opportunity to be part of a brand-new centre.
We're looking for someone who has:
Previous Dental Assistant experience (essential)
Excellent communication and patient care skills
A positive, adaptable and proactive approach
Strong organisation and attention to detail
A commitment to delivering exceptional customer service
Flexibility to work across a rotating roster, including weekends if required
Be part of a brand-new centre opening from day one
Structured paid training before opening with an experienced support team
