What You'll Do
- Assist with food preparation and service across all kitchen sections
- Prepare and present quality meals to recipe and presentation standards
- Maintain a clean, organised and food-safe kitchen
- Work closely with the wider kitchen team during busy service periods
- Follow food safety, hygiene and WHS procedures
- Support the Head Chef and senior chefs with daily kitchen operations
What We're Looking For
- Experience working in a commercial kitchen (Commis Chef or similar role preferred)
- Certificate III in Commercial Cookery or currently working towards it (desirable)
- A positive attitude and genuine passion for cooking
- Ability to stay organised and perform under pressure
- A team player who enjoys learning and developing new skills
- Availability across weekdays, evenings, weekends and public holidays
- Ongoing Australian working rights
