About the Role
This role is responsible for promoting excellent customer relations at the worksite. Plans and performs necessary calculations for fluid management at the well site as required.
This position will be fly-in, fly-out with the project in Roma - QLD
Key Responsibilities
· Coordinate activities and provide guidance to operators during equipment rig-up, rig-down, and preparation for a job
· Work with support functions to ensure equipment operating efficiency and readiness for the job
· Utilise real-time data under dynamic job conditions to communicate results to appropriate parties on site
· Responsible for coordinating the delivery of required materials (chemicals, proppants, acid, etc.) to the wellsite
· Utilise competency processes to enhance employee skills development and job performance.
· Responsible for managing the chemical inventory at the wellsite. May perform data collection and data distribution on jobs.
· •Responsible for conducting operations in accordance with KPIs, the customer’s design, the job plan, and fluid design parameters
Role Requirements
· Ability to communicate with team and customer
· Understand and have the exceptional skills within the service line
· Have 2+ years of previous experience
· Diploma or similar education
· Knowledgeable of HMS, HSE standards, work methods and guidelines
· Able to work a physically active, hands-on role
