Revira Care is seeking compassionate and professional Disability Support Workers to support an NDIS participant in the Cronulla area through community access and meaningful engagement.
The participant has strong interests in cars, engineering, building things, and gaming. Support workers who share similar interests and can build genuine rapport while providing high-quality support are highly valued.
Requirements:
NDIS Worker Screening Check
Working With Children Check (WWCC)
First Aid & CPR Certificate
Driver’s Licence & reliable vehicle
Previous disability support experience preferred
Essential Skills:
Ability to build positive and engaging relationships
Interests in cars, gaming, engineering, or hands-on activities
Strong communication and community support skills
Professional, reliable, and participant-focused approach

Confident supporting community access activities
