As our Early Childhood Teacher, you'll play a key role in delivering a high-quality kindergarten program that supports children's development and school readiness.
You'll:
- Create engaging and meaningful educational programs aligned with the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF)
- Foster children's curiosity, creativity, confidence, and sense of belonging
- Lead learning experiences that reflect children's interests, strengths, and developmental needs
- Build strong, collaborative relationships with families and the wider community
- Mentor and support educators within the kindergarten learning environment
- Contribute to achieving and maintaining high-quality outcomes against the National Quality Standards (NQS)
- Help create an inclusive, supportive, and engaging environment where every child can flourish
You'll bring:
- A Bachelor of Early Childhood Education (or ACECQA-approved equivalent)
- Current Teacher Registration (where applicable)
- Current Working with Children Check (Blue Card) or willingness to obtain
- Current First Aid, CPR, Asthma and Anaphylaxis certifications (or willingness to obtain)
- Strong knowledge of the EYLF and National Quality Framework
- A genuine passion for inspiring children and supporting their learning journey
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
