Working within our growing Workers Compensation practice, you will:
- Manage a portfolio of Victorian Workers Compensation matters
- Provide outstanding service and support to injured clients
- Work closely with senior lawyers and industry-leading mentors
- Build strong relationships with clients, medical professionals, and stakeholders
- Develop your technical expertise while progressing your career within a specialist personal injury firm
This role offers the perfect balance of autonomy, support, and career development for a solicitor looking to establish themselves as a specialist in workers compensation law.
You will bring:
- 2–3 years post-admission experience in personal injury law, ideally with exposure to Workers Compensation matters
- Knowledge of the Victorian Workers Compensation scheme
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
- Excellent file management and organisational abilities
- A client-first mindset with genuine empathy and professionalism
