We're looking for a Senior Experience Designer, Learning to help shape the future of capability development. This newly created role combines experience design, service design, work design, UX/UI, information architecture, learning design and AI-enabled approaches to create connected, high-impact skilling experiences.
As a Senior Experience Designer, Learning , you'll look beyond the initial request to uncover the real performance challenge. You'll design end-to-end experiences that help people build and apply skills in their work by considering the full ecosystem, including workflows, systems, tools, knowledge, manager practices and workplace conditions.
Working with Learning Partners, Learning Designers, Product Owners, business leaders and SMEs, you'll translate complex challenges into practical, scalable solutions. Rather than defaulting to training, you'll take a holistic approach that may include workflow redesign, decision support, AI-enabled guidance, knowledge experiences, manager enablement and performance support.
This is a hands-on senior design role with the opportunity to shape not just learning experiences, but the broader performance ecosystem across CBA, helping create the conditions for people to do their best work and continue building critical skills for the future.
