About the role
Provide high-level allied health clinical services within the Queensland Eating Disorder Service (QuEDS), delivering evidence-based assessment, treatment, and therapeutic interventions for consumers with complex eating disorders. Contribute to multidisciplinary care, service development, and clinical leadership within a recovery-oriented framework.
About you
Our ideal candidate will be someone who can carry out the following key accountabilities in accordance with the Metro North Health's values:
Deliver advanced clinical assessment, formulation, and evidence-based interventions for consumers with eating disorders, including individual and group programs
Apply high-level clinical judgement and problem-solving skills to manage complex caseloads with increasing independence
Work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams, consumers, families, and stakeholders to support coordinated care delivery
Provide clinical leadership, supervision, and education to junior staff and students
Contribute to service improvement, research, and development of contemporary eating disorder treatment services
