Administration Position (Part Time) 15 hours spread over three (3) working days (Part Time)
We are looking for a dedicated Administration Assistant to join our team/organisation.
Essential Criteria: To be successful in the role you will need the following attributes:
- Reception and general administrative duties and experience
- Clear and concise communication skills - written and verbal
- Previous working experience in an administrative/finance/office support position
- Professional, a positive attitude and strong work ethic
- Proven ability to problem-solve and have strong organisational skills
- Confidence to work collaboratively and autonomously
- Proven ability and experience/exposure with membership databases - great advantage
- Proven ability and experience in accounting/finance procedures - great advantage
- Attention to detail especially with data entry and databases
- Proven ability with Microsoft Suite, especially Word, Excel and Outlook
- Proven ability with Adobe products
- Support staff leave relief
Pay: $32.79 per hour
