About the Role
We're looking for a motivated and customer-focused Training & Support Officer to join our collaborative statewide team.
In this role you'll help build the capability of Victorian government schools by delivering high-quality training, advice and support for the Department's administrative systems, including Student Insight, CASES21 and eduPay. You'll work with a broad range of stakeholders to develop engaging learning resources, deliver professional learning programs, provide operational support, and contribute to initiatives that improve customer experience and service delivery.

As a Training & Support Officer you will:

Deliver engaging face-to-face, virtual and blended training programs for Department administrative systems.

Develop, review and maintain contemporary learning resources, user guides and support documentation.

Provide high-quality advice, guidance and operational support to school and corporate staff.

Build productive relationships with schools, regional offices, corporate stakeholders and system owners.

Support the operation of the Department's Information Technology Training Centres (ITTCs).
-
Contribute to system implementations, business improvement initiatives and organisational change activities.
-
Analyse customer feedback and service information to identify opportunities for continuous improvement.

Work collaboratively within a geographically dispersed statewide team to deliver consistent, high-quality customer service.

Experience within education, government or other large organisations will be highly regarded.
Qualifications
Essential

Current Employee Working with Children Check.
Desirable
-
Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (TAE40122 or equivalent).

Current Victorian Driver Licence.
