About the Role
Due to a strong and consistent pipeline of work, we’re seeking an experienced Commercial Project Manager to join our team and lead the delivery of a range of commercial projects.
As the Commercial Project Manager, you will be responsible for delivering the project safely, on time, within budget and in line with contractual requirements.
You will take ownership of the full project lifestyle, managing both the design and construction phases and working closely with consultants, subcontractors and internal teams to achieve the best outcome.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the project from design development through to construction and handover
- Manage all commercial aspects including budgets, forecasting, procurement and cost control
- Oversee head contract compliance and subcontract managment
- Coordinate design teams to ensure buildability and program alignment
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, consultants and stakeholders
- Lead and mentor project teams, including engineers and site staff
- Monitor project progress, manage risks and implement mitigation strategies
- Ensure all works meet safety, quality and regulatory requirements
About You
- Proven experience delivering commercial construction projects, ideally within a Design & Construct environment
- Strong commercial and contractual acumen
- Demonstrated ability managing budgets, programs and subcontractors
- Experience managing relationships across clients, consultants and site teams
- Degree in Engineering, Construction Management or similar
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to drive accountability and culture on-site
- A practical, solutions-focused approach
