Boatyard Crew Member – Full Time
MBTBC Marina is looking for a reliable, hands-on Boatyard Crew Member to join our team in the Manly Harbour.
This is a great opportunity to work in a unique marina environment, supporting a wide range of vessels and helping keep our boatyard operating safely and efficiently.
About the Role
As part of our boatyard team, you'll be involved in the day-to-day operations of the yard, assisting with vessel handling, yard organisation, and general maintenance around the marina.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist with vessel lifting and launching operations.
- Operate and work alongside the travel lift and other yard equipment.
- Safely move and position boats within the yard.
- Carry out general yard duties, including cleaning and maintenance.
- Support customers and contractors on site.
- Follow safety procedures and help maintain a clean, organised work environment.
- Willingness to learn how to drive & operate the travel lift
About You
We're looking for someone who is:
- Reliable, punctual, and willing to get their hands dirty.
- Comfortable working outdoors in a variety of weather conditions.
- Safety-conscious and able to follow procedures.
- A positive team player with a strong work ethic.
- Keen to learn and develop skills in the marine industry.
- Forklift licence is an advantage
- Boat licence is an advantage

Pay: $60,000.00 – $70,000.00 per year
