AusCare Psychology is opening in Berwick, and we’re seeking four founding psychologists to build something exceptional with us from day one.
We’re a practitioner-first clinic in the heart of the City of Casey — one of Australia’s fastest-growing regions and among the most underserved for psychological services. Demand here is high and durable, which means a full, steady caseload for the clinicians who join us.

- Warm GP referrals and a steady stream of clients in a high-demand area
- Full reception and admin support — bookings, intake and enquiries handled for you
- Medicare and payment claiming set up and - with fees paid directly to you.

- Flexibility to build your caseload and pursue your special interests, including group programs
Remuneration
- A competitive split of up to 60% to the practitioner, tiered to experience.
Who we’re looking for
- Psychologists registered with AHPRA (general or clinical)
- All experience levels welcome — early-career to senior
- A genuine interest in helping establish a high-quality, community-focused service
