We are seeking a Senior Manager Children, Youth, Families and Employment to join our team on a Full-Time Fixed Term basis in Lismore to help make a positive social change, together.

What you'll be doing
- Leading the teams and drive program growth and development in the region to meet program outcomes and key performance indicators in line with funding requirements
- Determining operational priorities and service delivery goals, standards and performance measures to ensure expectations are clear and service delivery strategies are evidence- based and aligned with organisational objectives
- Ensuring the teams achieve a high standard of service delivery and service outcomes for participants and customers of the Children, Youth, Families and Employment programs and other service providers
- Supporting Team Leaders to provide quality supervision and support to program staff Oversee and monitor contractual budgets, financial regional expenditure and appropriate use of physical resources
- Undertake continuous review of operations to improve the quality of services to participants and anticipate, identify and address issues with innovative and effective solutions
What we're looking for
- Experience in a senior management role in the social and/or human services sector
- Knowledge of trends and models of service delivery for community, family, housing, employment and/or youth programs
- Ability to deliver results in line with organisational priorities and implement innovative and effective solutions to complex problems
- Experience and knowledge of working with people presenting with mental health and/or other complexities
- Outstanding relationship, negotiation and conflict management skills
