We’re now looking for a reliable, organised, and energetic Event Facilitator to support our Brisbane operations.
About the Role:
You are the party host — bringing the energy, running the flow, and creating an engaging experience.
Events are located across Brisbane, from the Gold Coast through to the Sunshine Coast.
You will:
- Set up and pack down silent disco equipment
- Run games, dance activities, and manage playlists
- Engage participants and lead the event
- Create a fun, safe, and structured environment
- Communicate with clients on the day
Pay: $45 per hour (including super)
Minimum: 3-hour call-out per event
Flexibility
- Events: Primarily weekends and school holidays
- Warehouse: Flexible, self-managed hours
- Choose shifts that suit you, however reliability is essential
What We’re Looking For
Someone who is:
- Organised, proactive, and hands-on
- A clear and confident communicator
- Reliable and consistent (non-negotiable)
- Comfortable working independently
- Great with children and able to lead a group
- Able to follow structured processes
Requirements
- ABN (free and easy to set up)
- Valid Working With Children Check (Blue Card – employee status)
- Valid driver’s licence (P-plate or above)
- Reliable car with suitable storage space
- Physically able to transport equipment

This role involves responsibility for both equipment and event delivery, so:
