Property Leasing Paralegal
Cooper Grace Ward is seeking an experienced property leasing paralegal to join our successful and market-leading property team, in a role that is integral to the workgroup running smoothly and successfully.
The Role
In this role, you will work alongside a team that acts for some of Australia's largest family offices and commercial property owners and investors. This is a great opportunity for a paralegal to take on a role that is central to the team's success, work with sophisticated clients, and be part of a friendly and collaborative team, supported by state-of-the-art processes and systems that set you up for success.
Requirements
- Experience with leasing (essential)
- A minimum of one year experience as a property leasing paralegal
- Proven ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment managing a high volume of work
- A keen eye for detail and a consistent track record of producing accurate, high-quality work
- Excellent time management and organisational skills
- A genuine desire to build and strengthen client relationships, contributing to the ongoing growth and success of the firm
- Retail leasing experience would come highly regarded but is not essential
