We are seeking an Office Administrator who is responsible for providing efficient administrative and operational support to ensure the smooth day-to-day running of the office. The role supports a range of business functions, including office and finance administration and accounts payable and receivable, while delivering exceptional internal and external customer service.

Our Talloman division specialises in the processing of mixed abattoir materials and by products through our rendering plant located in Hazelmere. The site currently processes up to 3,500 tonnes of animal waste per week that would otherwise go to landfill.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide day-to-day office administration and reception support.

Manage office supplies, facilities, shared resources and general office operations.

Coordinate accounts payable and receivable activities, including invoicing, reconciliations and debtor follow-up.

Maintain accurate records, business systems and administrative documentation.

Liaise professionally with customers, suppliers, contractors and employees.

Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and provide administrative support across the business as required.
About You:
You are an organised, proactive and adaptable administrator who enjoys working in a varied role. You have strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining accuracy and confidentiality.
You will bring:

Previous experience in an office administration.

Knowledge of accounts payable and receivable processes.

Strong organisational and time management skills.

Intermediate to advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
