Salary $90,913.00 - $114,917.00 p.a. (Pro Rata) RNM2C
Fulltime- Perm Position Available - 10.13hr shifts (long day shifts) 8.30hrs to 19.08hrs

Make a meaningful difference in mental health care by supporting people through recovery in the comfort of their own homes. As a Clinical Nurse within the Mental Health Hospital in the Home Service, you'll provide evidence-based assessment, treatment, care coordination, and therapeutic interventions as part of a dedicated multidisciplinary team. Working closely with consumers, families, carers, and community partners, you'll empower individuals to achieve greater wellbeing, independence, and recovery while avoiding unnecessary hospital admissions. About you:
Hold a qualification in mental health practice
Ability to prioritise workload and meet set timelines, whilst working under minimal supervision
Effective communication, problem solving, conflict resolution and negotiation skills
Ability to be creative, innovative and flexible when approaching issues within the clinical setting
To be considered for the RN2C (Clinical Nurse) level you must have at least three years, full time equivalent, post registration experience with experience in the leadership and direction of student nurses, enrolled nurses, and less experienced registered nurses.
