Your responsibilities
As the Advisor, Workforce Strategy and Insights, you will
- Coordinate and support the delivery of workforce initiatives, events, and meetings, ensuring alignment with team objectives and departmental priorities.
- Deliver and support training initiatives, including the development of training content and materials and supporting the administration of the learning management system (LMS).
- Prepare high-quality written materials, including briefing notes, reports, presentations, and other documentation to support workforce strategy initiatives.
- Support project reporting by monitoring progress, tracking deliverables, and providing regular updates.
- Provide on-the-day support for events and meetings, including setup, facilitation and troubleshooting as required.

The position requires an applicant who can demonstrate:
- Strong organisational skills to manage and coordinate multiple initiatives, events, and meetings effectively.
- The ability to develop and support the delivery of training content and resources that align with organisational priorities.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to prepare high-quality briefing notes, reports, and presentations.
- Strong interpersonal skills to build productive relationships and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders.
