Retail Team Member – AFL Store West Lakes - SA
Are you passionate about AFL and ready to join a terrific team at our store? We are looking for an enthusiastic and motivated Retail Team Member to join our store and deliver an exceptional experience to every customer.
About the role:
You will be a key part of our team, providing outstanding customer service while supporting daily store operations. This role suits someone who enjoys responsibility, thrives in a retail environment, and takes pride in representing the AFL brand.
Key requirements:
- A genuine passion for AFL and AFL merchandise
- Excellent communication skills with a friendly, approachable demeanour
- Strong ability to work as part of a team and deliver outstanding customer service
- Understanding of stock management, including replenishment and stock control
- Flexibility to work across a 7-day roster, including weekends and events
- Desire for a role with increased responsibility and opportunities to grow

- Working towards sales targets and KPIs: 1 year (Preferred)
- Sales: 1 year (Preferred)
- Customer service: 1 year (Preferred)
