We have an exciting opportunity for an enthusiastic Rostering and Admin Coordinator who will be the first point of contact for our business.
About this unique opportunity:
As the first point of contact, you will be the friendly face that greets our visitors and clients. Your day will be a mix of;
- Rostering: Efficiently manage staffing rosters and participant schedules to ensure optimal coverage and service delivery.
- Reception: Greet visitors and clients with a warm and welcoming attitude.
- Office Administration: Handle administrative tasks such as answering phones, managing emails, and maintaining office supplies.
- Support: Provide general support to the team and assist with various projects as needed.
- HR: Maintain worker compliance
