This is not your traditional accounting role. We are seeking a talented individual with strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills to join the Workplace Assurance arm of our Governance, Risk and Compliance Team at PKF in Sydney. Our team supports our clients in ensuring they comply with complex wage, industrial, workplace and culture obligations. Our team represents an impressive suite of blue chip national and international corporations. You will have the opportunity to work directly with senior members of these major corporations.
You will be given the opportunity to broaden your skills through working on a diverse range of governance and risk assignments including internal audit projects, fraud and regulatory investigations, and modern slavery reviews.

Minimum 3 years’ experience in audit, risk & compliance, or project management, with a proven track record of success.
A Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in accounting, business, commerce, economics, law, or a related field.
A strong analytical mindset with a demonstrated ability to navigate and resolve complex problems in a structured and strategic manner.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the capacity to build and maintain effective relationships with clients and stakeholders.
Proven ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced, and agile work environment, managing multiple priorities with agility and precision.
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel. Data analytics experience (Power BI, Tableau etc.) would also be highly regarded.
Expertise in report writing, with the ability to produce clear, concise, and actionable reports that effectively communicate findings and recommendations.
