About the Role
Reporting to the Manager - Customer Incidents and Complaints, you'll be the subject matter expert for our Quality and Safety systems and help ensure the integrity, effectiveness and optimisation of reporting, compliance and risk management processes across the organisation.
Key areas of focus include:
• Maintain and optimise RiskMan and Quality & Safety systems to support business operations and compliance.
- Analyse safety, quality and risk data, providing meaningful reports, insights and trend analysis.
- Develop system workflows, alerts, reporting tools and automated processes to improve efficiency.
- Deliver system training, user support and expert advice to stakeholders across the organisation.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives across systems, reporting, quality and risk management practices.

About You
We're looking for a systems-savvy and analytical professional who enjoys solving problems, improving processes and turning data into meaningful insights.
You'll bring:
• Experience working with reporting, data analysis and business systems, ideally within safety, quality or risk environments.
- Strong Excel skills and experience producing reports, dashboards and data insights.
- Experience administering systems such as RiskMan or similar incident, quality or risk management platforms.
- Strong stakeholder engagement skills with the ability to provide training and system support.
- A proactive, solutions-focused mindset with excellent organisational and continuous improvement skills.
Most importantly, you're someone who enjoys working behind the scenes to ensure data, systems and reporting help create safer and better outcomes across an organisation.
