Embroidery Machine Operator – Full Time

Looking for a role with variety? Join our embroidery team and enjoy a dynamic position where no two days are the same. This hands-on role offers the opportunity to learn new skills while working across customer service, order processing, production and equipment operation.
About the Role
As our Embroidery Machine Operator, you will play a key role in keeping our embroidery operations running smoothly.
Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
- Processing customer orders
- Managing and responding to customer emails
- Ordering stock and maintaining inventory
- Operating embroidery and heat press machines
- General machine repairs and maintenance
- Maintaining a clean, tidy and organised workspace
There may also be opportunities to work in our Finstones retail store if interested.
About You
We're looking for someone who is:
- Punctual and reliable
- Honest and trustworthy
- Friendly with a great customer service manner
- Able to work as part of a team, as well as independently and unsupervised
- Highly organised with excellent attention to detail
- Willing to learn new skills and take initiative
