Daher Aircraft is expanding its presence in Florida through two complementary operations that support the full lifecycle of its TBM and Kodiak aircraft. In Stuart, Daher’s new Final Assembly Line (FAL) is growing the company’s North American manufacturing footprint by assembling and delivering industry-leading TBM aircraft, bringing together production, manufacturing engineering, quality, supply chain, and operations teams to drive safety, quality, and operational excellence. In Pompano Beach, Daher operates a key FAA Part 145 maintenance and service center that provides comprehensive maintenance, repair, inspection, and technical support for TBM and Kodiak aircraft, serving both private owners and commercial operators. Together, these facilities strengthen Daher’s ability to manufacture, deliver, maintain, and support aircraft across North America while fostering innovation, technical excellence, continuous improvement, and career growth opportunities within the aerospace industry.
Job Description
Daher is seeking a Senior HR Generalist to support our Aircraft Division’s Florida operations, including our TBM Final Assembly Line in Stuart and our Service and Sales Center in Pompano Beach. This is an onsite, dual-site role that requires regular physical presence at both locations. The successful candidate will serve as a trusted HR partner to employees and leaders across both facilities and must be willing and able to travel between Stuart and Pompano Beach as a routine part of the job.
The Senior HR Generalist provides comprehensive HR support to production, quality, supply chain, and corporate functions within an aircraft manufacturing environment. This role partners with leadership and frontline managers to drive workforce planning, employee relations, performance management, talent acquisition, training, and compliance. The position ensures adherence to aviation manufacturing requirements (e.g., FAA/DOT drug & alcohol testing programs), export controls, safety regulations, and company policies while fostering a high-performance, safety-first culture across multiple shifts.
Primary Role and Responsibilities:

Serve as a trusted advisor to managers and employees on HR-related issues.

Investigate and resolve employee concerns, ensuring fair and consistent application of policies.

Performance Management:

Support annual performance review processes and provide coaching to managers on employee development.

Assist in creating and implementing performance improvement plans when necessary.

Compliance:
-
Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations.

Maintain accurate employee records and documentation in accordance with company policies.

Recruitment & Onboarding:

Partner with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and manage full-cycle recruitment.

Facilitate onboarding and orientation programs for new hires.

Training & Development:

Coordinate and deliver HR-related training sessions, including compliance and leadership development.

Identify skill gaps and recommend development opportunities.

Benefits & Compensation:

Assist employees with benefits inquiries and coordinate annual enrollment processes.

Support compensation reviews and ensure pay practices are equitable and competitive.

HR Projects:

Lead or participate in HR initiatives such as policy updates, engagement surveys, and process improvements.
Minimum Qualifications and Experience:

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (Master’s degree or HR certification preferred).

5+ years of progressive HR experience, with strong knowledge of employment laws and HR best practices.

Excellent interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Proficiency in HRIS systems and Microsoft Office Suite.

Strong business acumen and ability to partner with leadership.
