Join Goodness Grown, a leading controlled-environment horticulture business, as our next Compliance Officer. Working alongside the Compliance Manager, you’ll help keep our glasshouse and packing operations safe, compliant, and audit-ready – supporting risk management, food safety (HARPS, Freshcare), environmental obligations, and workplace health and safety.
You’ll maintain risk registers, run site inspections, prepare compliance reports, and help keep our certifications on track. We’re looking for someone with 2–4 years’ experience in compliance, risk, or quality assurance – ideally in agriculture or food production – with sharp attention to detail and a genuine appetite to learn.
